Key Duties:

Position is located in the Cleveland County JSU office in Norman. This position is responsible for providing

reception and clerical support for the Moore JSU Office. There are 7 employees in this office. This includes

answering telephones, routing calls, maintaining dockets for JJS workers and taking messages for the Cleveland

CO/Moore office as well as serving as backup for the Cleveland Co/Norman office. Also includes interaction with

clients/vendors and local agencies. Responsible for typing, editing and proofreading memos, form reports and

other written documents. Will set up and maintain files for JJS workers. Will be responsible for pulling and

cataloging files for destruction, preparing the paperwork and submitting it for approval. Also responsible for

Inventory reports. Responsible for entering leave and checking leave reports and maintaining records for comp

time earned and leave taken on the PeopleSoft system. Timesheets with leave approvals will be submitted to the

District office on a monthly basis. Will also submit monthly travel claims, clothing orders, and any other monthly

reports that are due. Will attend mandatory meetings and obtain 16 hours of training per year. Position includes

gather information for JJS workers on the Jolts system i.e., DHS medical information, helping locate available

detention beds etc. Also responsible for submitting child support and restitution payments to State Office.



Special Requirements: Must be able to pass background check and drug screening. A probation/trial period may
