| | Key Duties: |
| | Organize, supervise and administer the Recreational Therapy Department including program staffing and facilitiees |
| | management. |
| | Responsible for overall planning and implementation of therapeutic recreational programs and activities. |
| | Will be required to organize various types of recreational activity and to establish and maintain effective working |
| | relationships with others. Must have knowledge of community based treatment programs. |
| | Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and be able to work with mentally ill or physically |
| | handicapped clients. |
